LEVVON 300 is our multi-purpose improver, suitable for all types of Dough. Our idea when developing the 300 was to create an indispensable resource for bakers who want to make their daily bread an exceptional bread while reducing the cost of production. It was not an easy task, but our great research and development team was able after three years to propose something. The challenge was to come up with a bread improver that contains enzymes that break down starch into glucose, which in turn breaks down into alcohol and carbon dioxide. That resulting carbon dioxide will then form hole in the bread dough to make the bread bulky and soft.

·      Allergy advice: May contain traces of wheat, soya, nuts, sesame and milk products.

·      Usage: For best results, add 3g to everyone kg of flour. Not to be consumed directly. Only to be used as an ingredient.
